Watch the beautiful boats glide quietly into the harbour, enjoy the sunset on the horizon and be rocked to sleep by the gentle waves.

In Bogense, you can enjoy a truly special shelter stay in one of the floating shelters in Bogense Marina.

On land, there are toilets, a barbecue area and places where you can fill up with water.
You can also use a Trangia or similar equipment on the designated plate in the shelter. This means you can make both dinner and morning coffee on the water.

There are 3 shelters with 2½ and 6 sleeping spaces respectively. Barbecue facilities, toilets and drinking water are available in several places around the harbour area.

2½-person shelter (shelter 1 and 2)

In one of the two small shelters, you get a beautiful and intimate stay. These small floating shelters are tucked safely inside the harbour, giving you the chance to sleep in shelter from strong wind and weather, as well as from passers-by.

6-person shelter (shelter 3)

If you are a larger group, or if you want to go as a family, Bogense gives you a special chance to do just that. You get a front-row spot where, just like in the small shelters, you are protected, while still having a view across the harbour and the passing boats. This shelter is divided into two rooms facing each other.

Please note

The shelters can only be reached if you have a boat, kayak, canoe or similar. It is not possible for harbour staff to transport you there. In addition, there must be one life jacket per person on board the shelter. You need to bring these yourselves.

It is not permitted to pitch a tent on land by the marina.
