Flexible function rooms with everything included

AdelgadeHuset has two bright function rooms with space for a maximum of 60 people.

The concept is simple, and the price is the same no matter which function room you choose. When you rent the venue, you get full access to the facilities, so you can create exactly the party you have in mind.

Included in the room rental:

Facilities: Tables, chairs, tableware, cloakroom and toilets.
Kitchen: Full access to kitchen facilities with fridge and freezer.
Outdoor area & technology: Access to the house’s cosy café garden as well as a professional sound system and projector.
Help with setup: Assistance in finding the right table arrangement.

No corkage fee – you decide the budget

As something quite special, no corkage fee is charged. This means you are free to bring your own drinks.

You can also choose to bring your own food, use external catering or let the house take care of the serving. Practical package options are also available, including tablecloths, tea towels, toilet paper, mini towels, soap and more. You can also add a draft beer system and serving staff for the party.

Would you like a party where you do not have to lift a finger?

Then you can book a complete arrangement for a minimum of 15 people. Here, the house takes care of a tailored 3-course menu or buffet, full service, shopping and drinks, so you only need to focus on your guests.

Prices and practical information

Function room rental, 1 day: DKK 3,500.
Extra half day: DKK 750.
Mandatory cleaning and dishwashing supplement: DKK 750. As the renter, you only need to remove your own things and rinse the tableware – the rest will be taken care of.
