A peaceful way to end the year
Before the New Year's Eve celebrations get underway, why not switch off for a couple of hours and treat yourself to a calm and relaxing end to the year?
At Dokk 14 by the harbour in Bogense, Lisbeth Danielsen and Pia Mandalis invite you to slow down and enjoy a little well-deserved time for yourself.
The morning begins with an hour of energising yoga incorporating elements of qigong. Gentle movements help wake up your body and ease you into the day. Afterwards, lie back and enjoy an hour-long sound bath, where the soft, resonating tones of singing bowls create a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere.
Perhaps you'll feel like reflecting on the year gone by. Or maybe you'll simply enjoy a couple of hours with absolutely nothing on your to-do list.
The morning ends with a glass of bubbly and a slice of traditional Danish kransekage (almond ring cake), leaving you feeling relaxed and ready to welcome the new year.
Everyone is welcome, and you don't need any previous experience with yoga, qigong or sound baths.
