The "Lovers Lane" in Otterup between Damløkkevej and Nislevvej is a nice place to go for a walk.
The story goes that this was the place for young lovers to hide from their parents, hence the name.
Once upon a time, it used to be a tipping wagon track where they brought beets from the Nislevgård manor to the railway station in Otterup.
Along the path, you will find the figures from the fairy tale "The Tinderbox" by Hans Christian Andersen - cut in old elm trees.
The artist behind this masterpiece is the local artist Allan Bo Jensen who has made a living out of making tree sculptures.
