Indersiden af Enebærodde Havørred Hotspot nr. 2
The southern shore of Enebærodde offers varied shallow-water fishing with mussel beds and eelgrass. Best in spring and autumn – and in summer for mullet.
The southern side of Enebærodde starts off shallow near the parking area, and the first stretch is designated as a wildlife reserve with no public access. But further out, the outer half of the peninsula offers one of the fjord’s finest fishing spots.
Here, anglers wade a short distance from the shore and cast across relatively shallow waters. The seabed varies between soft mud, eelgrass beds, and mussel banks, creating a diverse habitat for fish.
In spring and autumn, this area is especially productive during falling tides, as slightly warmer water from the shallow parts of the fjord flows past the fishing spot – often triggering active fish. Summer fishing here is less promising, unless you're targeting mullet, which thrive in the warm, shallow waters and are a common sight during the summer months.
