Hansodde Havørred Hotspot nr. 77

Nab and Hanseodde offer deep water and beautiful bottom. A prime choice for spin and fly fishing from October to May.

From the parking area at Nab, you can also head right. Here you pass the campsite and continue toward Hanseodde, locally known as “Vindmøllerne.” There’s deep water and a beautiful seabed here. If you’re a fly angler, you might initially be frustrated by the narrow beach and high cliff, which leave little room for your back cast. But try wading out a bit and casting more along the coast – it’s highly effective on this stretch, where sea trout often hold close to shore. Both Nab and Hanseodde fish well from October to May. In a cool summer, when water temperatures don’t exceed 17–18 degrees, morning, evening, and night fishing can also be rewarding at these spots. Best wind direction: north to east.
