An Evening of Dark Secrets and Haunted Legends
When darkness falls over historical Harridslevgaard Castle near Bogense in late October, the doors open to an unforgettable night. This Halloween, guests are invited into the darker side of the castle's history – right inside the old cow barn.
Based on the chilling legend of the infamous estate manager Niels Hunderup, an intensely atmospheric walkthrough awaits. In small groups, you will make your way through the pitch-black rooms of the barn, where former owners and residents still roam... both the living and the dead. And beware: not all spirits intend to let you leave!
How the Experience Works:
- Small groups in the dark: You will enter the darkness in small groups of maximum 4 people at a time to ensure the ultimate spine-chilling atmosphere.
- Duration: The experience takes approx. 1 hour.
- Recommended age limit: Suitable for adults and brave older kids. Recommended age is 12+, and children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Practical Information:
- Dates: Friday, October 30 and Saturday, October 31, 2026
- Time: 18:00–24:00 on both days (entry in scheduled time slots)
- Location: The old cow barn at Harridslevgaard Castle, 5400 Bogense
- Price: DKK 149 per person
- Waiting time: Because guests enter in small staggered groups, brief waiting times may occur upon arrival.
