Join a sensory walk through the headland Enebærodde and explore its green pantry full of wild herbs and edible plants.
Together with our experienced guide Bjarne Kim Pedersen, you’ll have the chance to taste wild delicacies and learn about the seasonal plants that can be used in your cooking.
You’ll gain insights into their characteristics, flavours and uses – and learn how to forage respectfully in nature.
As you walk through the scenic landscape, you’ll hear fascinating stories about the area’s nature and history and enjoy a moment of calm in the rich natural surroundings.

Practical information
- Dates: 15 July and 29 July 2025
- Bring: Good walking shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, drinks and optional snacks. Sunscreen and a hat are also recommended.
- Terrain: The route is about 10 km and takes around 2 hours with breaks. The terrain is varied and can be uneven.
