From candle stubs to new candles

At the candle workshop in Guldbjerg, leftover candle wax is collected from near and far and melted down to make new candles. The workshop is run by a voluntary association, and candles are cast and dipped here in many different colours.

Drop by and take a look at the selection of candles you can buy to take home. Among other things, 30 cm candles are made in a wide range of colours, so you can find one to match the table, the season or the occasion.

The candles can be bought directly from the shop at Guldbjergvej 43. You can also order candles by email or phone.

Christmas market at the candle workshop

On Sunday 22 November 2026 from 11:00 to 15:00, you can visit the Christmas market and see the candle workshop in action. You can also dip your own candle and make a Christmas decoration with greenery, candles and other materials.
