North Funen is the land of roses, and Bogense—Denmark’s coziest market town—is decorated with roses throughout the town center. Creative decorations based on the year's theme are displayed across town, filling the air with the scent of countless rose varieties.
Market and flowers
The beautiful old Town Square hosts an exciting food market featuring the best of Funen’s local produce. In the town center, you'll find stalls filled with art and crafts. Bogense Town Hall opens to the public with special exhibitions, and every year, prizes are awarded for the festival’s best decoration and most beautiful rose.
An art exhibition is held at the Bogense School hall. Everywhere you go, you'll be impressed by the scent of roses and the sheer creativity of the floral designers.
Music and food
With the festival program in hand, it’s easy to find your way around the displays and attractions. Bogense also offers a wealth of specialty shops, galleries, restaurants, and cafes.
