Frisbee fun at Fuglsang Beach

Take the whole family on a real cozy day trip to Fuglsang Beach and enjoy the water, sand, green areas, and a disc golf course!

  • Prepare your favorite lunchbox, pack some delicious beverages and some berries or fruits from one of the local roadside stands.
  • Pack some games, lawn games, and maybe a Frisbee.
  • Set your course for Fuglsang Beach.
  • Embark on a Nature Adventure and discover the story of the World's Strongest Plate.

Fuglsang Beach offers a large, cozy green area right next to one of Funen's very best family beaches.

Start the day by preparing a delicious lunchbox – not one of the boring ones, but a delicious lunchbox with your favorite food. You might want to buy local produce the day before. For example, bison salami from Ditlevsdal Bison Farm or biodynamic Scottish Highland cattle from Labøllegaard, or how about lovely jam or honey from one of the many roadside stands. You can find more options on the list of farm shops at visitnordfyn.com. Don't forget snacks and maybe berries from one of the farm shops. Pack a blanket and everything you think is fun like board games, lawn games, or magazines. Also remember a Frisbee or a disc for disc golf. And of course, swimwear and towels if it's warm.

Head for Fuglsang Beach, find a good spot, and spread out the blanket. Now it's time to enjoy life.

Play some games, eat snacks, or get your Frisbee or disc out and have a match on the disc golf course. You can also go on a Nature Tale in the area. Just download the free Nature Tales app, and you're off. The tour is 1.5 km long and guides you through an exciting adventure about nothing less than the World's Strongest Plate.

When you get hungry, enjoy your delicious lunchbox, and if there's room in your dessert stomach afterward, there's an ice cream stand that sells delicious ice cream all summer long. Pssst... They also sell hotdogs.

If it's nice and warm, enjoy a dip at the lovely beach.

Have a great day!
