Funen Regatta for old sailing ships in Bogense
30 - 40 beautiful and well-preserved wooden ships are going to sail around Fyn - and this year they'll start from Bogense and are in Bogense Harbour all weekend 23-25 July. Come enjoy the amazing sight and the great atmosphere!
Visit the Bogense Harbor and enjoy the impressive sight of all the old sailing ships in Bogense when the town serves as the starting point of their regatta "Round Funen for preserved sailing ships", which is one of Denmark's biggest summer events.
There will be about 40 old sailing ships, each more beautiful and impressive than the last.

- Make ropes on the ropewalk
- Sail Maker Workshop
- Learn to throw with a line
- "Lift a pig" can any child.
- The Navigation school SIMAC tells about their maritime education.
- The Ærø sea rescue company demonstrates their ship's skills in the harbor basin while we wait for the ships.
- Foodtrucks: Roasted almonds, Go coffee and delicious pancakes
